I just received the bill for maintenance for my apartment. This pays for maintaining the building, common areas, and steam heat in winter. The largest fee, 1644.71r is for liability insurance. I guess that covers if you set fire to the building. 😳 The total bill for the month is 2599.15. That’s $42 for May. I will find out if it’s higher in winter when the steam is on.
