It’s a joke, I understand, but not one that a bar tender would be willing to make in Washington State, where they hold those who sell liquor accountable, if someone leaves their establishment drunk, and is involved in a serious accident.
Hopefully everyone has a good time on the beach in Batumi.
A big shout out to the people who follow me. Unfortunately I’ve had to leave Russia. It became impossible to receive any funds from the US. I am currently living in Batumi, Georgia.
